
1 table spoon of raw geera
1 pack of roasted geera powder
1 table spoon of curry
8 cloves of garlic grated
1 large onion chopped
1 bundle of chive chopped
1 bundle of chadon beni chopped
4 pimento chopped
2 pepper chopped
2 dash of black pepper
1 table spoon of salt
4 table spoon of cooking oil
2 liters of water
Directions
Wash chicken with flour and 1/4 of lime
Add salt, garlic, curry, pepper, pimento,chive and chadon beni
Add 2 dash of black pepper
Leave to marinate for 1 hour
Toast 1 tea spoon of raw geera
Then saute grated garlic in the oil with 1 table spoon of seasoning
Add marinate chicken to pot
Mix thoroughly adding 1 table spoon of roasted geera powder
Allow chicken to cook until it partially sticks to the pot
Then add boiling water, 1 teaspoon of grated garlic and teaspoon of powder geera
And allow to cook until water evaporate
Add salt and pepper as desired
Serve hot
